We are seeking a Salon Assistant Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio! The ideal candidate will assist the Salon Manager in daily operations and customer service to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. We’re looking for someone who brings an energetic, people-first presence to everything they do. Our ideal Assistant Manager is outgoing, warm, and genuinely loves connecting with others—someone who can strike up a conversation with anyone and make both guests and team members feel instantly comfortable. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns or last-minute changes with professionalism, confidence, and grace. This person is naturally positive, solutions-oriented, and a true team player who gets along well with a wide range of personalities. They also take pride in their space—keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly—because they know the little details make a big impact on the overall experience.

Qualifications:

Previous management, assistant management, or team lead experience required
Must be available to work full-time (32–40 hours/week)
Open availability required, including Monday–Sunday availability

Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with prior leadership experience and full-time/open availability. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications may not be considered for the role.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
