Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients’ lives by applying evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through patient-centered care, clinical supervision, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client needs and goals.
Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring fidelity to ABA principles and best practices.
Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism spectrum disorders.
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments such as home and school settings.
Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of interventions, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality.

Skills

Extensive experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations.
Ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering a supportive learning environment for team members.
Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
