About the Role

This is not your typical front desk position. This role is the operational heartbeat of our clinic.

As a Patient Care Coordinator Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing patient flow, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring every patient experience is efficient, professional, and seamless from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and maintains a calm, positive presence under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients (in-person and by phone)
Coordinate communication between patients and providers
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Verify insurance, collect payments, and complete administrative tasks
Keep the office organized, efficient, and running on schedule
Deliver a consistently professional and positive patient experience
