Digital Marketing Strategist

Spoiler alert - this is the position you’ve been looking for! Studio 8E8, the world's first dental storytelling agency is looking for a daring and visionary Marketing Strategist to join our crew. This isn’t your typical marketing gig. Here, you will get the chance to guide a team of SEO gurus, digital ad pros and social media wizards to help our clients attract their dream patients and build campaigns that wow. (yes, we said wizards!)

Think of it as a blend of strategy, creativity, and leadership—with a side of “best team culture you’ve ever seen” along the way. If making an impact is your jam, and you gravitate toward leadership positions in marketing because you believe so much in the power of a good story to tell… this could be the unicorn job.

Your Role:

Design and implement strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and target audiences.
Lead and mentor your team of digital experts (SEO, Ads, and Social Media) to produce compelling, brand-building campaigns.
Organize and lead weekly team meetings, offering guidance, feedback, and accountability.
Oversee cross-channel marketing efforts—digital, social, and paid ads.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as their go-to marketing expert and strategic advisor.
Keep an eye on the industry pulse—trends, tools, and best practices.
Maintain a sharp focus on client retention, providing regular performance reports and helping your team deliver results.

What You Bring:

Must be based in Central Ohio.
3+ years of marketing strategy experience, ideally in healthcare or dental sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, particularly Google & Meta Ads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire both clients and team members.
Sharp analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Proven project management capabilities, keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
A passion for storytelling, with the ability to translate brand messages into impactful marketing narratives.
Bonus points if you have account management experience!
