Marketing Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Creative Content Specialist to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, expertise in social media advertising, graphic design capabilities, and experience creating engaging multimedia content. Candidate should also be able to plan and help participation at Street teams and Events for brand awareness in the community. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and B2B business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant social media platforms.
Develop and implement B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Create compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Design visual assets for digital advertising campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
Produce, edit, and publish marketing videos, including voice-over content, for digital and social media channels.
Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing platforms, to assist with content creation, campaign planning, copywriting, and marketing automation.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to support business development and lead generation initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and marketing automation projects as needed.
Plan and participate in Street Teams and Events
Work with Churches, Daycares and School PTOs to get more events and Group bookings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid social advertising platforms.
Experience developing and executing B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
Experience creating, editing, and producing marketing videos, including voice-over content.
Proficiency using ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other B2B advertising platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience using professional video editing software.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation

Annual Salary: $40,000 – $45,000, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
Annual Performance Bonus: Eligible to receive a bonus equal to 5% of the year-over-year (YOY) percentage increase in company sales by 10% or more, based on company performance and achievement of established bonus criteria.

The successful candidate will independently create, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns while producing high-quality creative content that generates qualified leads, increases brand visibility, strengthens customer engagement, and contributes to measurable business growth. This individual is creative, organized, data-driven, and capable of balancing marketing strategy with hands-on execution to deliver outstanding results.
