Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Myofascial Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various myofascial release techniques and have a deep understanding of the role of fascia in musculoskeletal health. This individual will provide specialized massage therapy services to clients, addressing specific issues related to fascial restrictions and promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities: Perform myofascial massage therapy sessions using various techniques, such as direct myofascial release, indirect myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.

Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas of fascial tension, restricted mobility, and pain patterns.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, incorporating myofascial release techniques to address fascial restrictions and improve range of motion.

Educate clients about the role of fascia in the body, the benefits of myofascial massage therapy, and self-care techniques to support treatment outcomes.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, chiropractors, and sports medicine practitioners, to provide integrated care for clients with complex musculoskeletal issues.

Stay informed about the latest research and developments in myofascial release therapy, attending continuing education workshops and training programs as needed.

Adhere to professional and ethical standards, including maintaining client confidentiality and upholding appropriate boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

Promote myofascial massage therapy services to clients through effective communication, marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage therapy environment, ensuring sanitation and hygiene protocols compliance.

Qualifications: Valid state license or certification in massage therapy.
