Full Job Description

The Naz Church – Grove City, OH

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

The Naz Church is seeking a Guest Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, members, staff, and community partners. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional front desk experience while providing administrative support to the church and school throughout the week.

The ideal candidate is organized, relational, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and servant-hearted attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors at the front desk.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, record keeping, and data entry.

Assist with correspondence, filing, and other clerical responsibilities.

Serve as a resource for church ministries, events, programs, and community outreach opportunities.

Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.

Support staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers with administrative needs as assigned.

Provide compassionate and confidential assistance to individuals seeking information, support, or prayer.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Proficiency with computers and common office software.

Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

A commitment to customer service and hospitality.

A demonstrated and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Because of the ministry nature of this role, candidates should be regular attenders of The Naz Church and fully supportive of the vision, mission, and values of The Naz Church.
