Corvette Care, one of the Nation's premier Restoration, Performance, & Repair facilities Servicing ONLY Corvettes since 1979. While we're obviously automotive enthusiasts, and serve that demographic this role doesn't requires specific automotive knowledge. A passion for people, accuracy, and honesty are far more important than how to rebuild a Corvette. We have an entire staff here to help customers with that part of our world.

**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office operations efficiently and ensuring smooth communication within the office environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Primary point of customer communication for existing Work Orders.

- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

- Vehicle Check In & Check Out

- Provide excellent phone etiquette and operate phone/email systems effectively.

- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a similar role as an Customer Service or related position.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
