Role Description

The Marketing Assistant is a part-time, contract role supporting day-to-day marketing execution and client experience at Sabiartistry LLC. This is a flexible, remote-friendly position based in Columbus, OH, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, creating and managing social media content, assisting with paid advertising campaigns, and helping maintain organized marketing systems for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience
Creating engaging social media content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form video
Scheduling and managing content across platforms
Assisting with the setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Supporting SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates
Updating websites, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets as needed
Tracking basic marketing performance and preparing simple reports
Collaborating with the team to execute marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
Maintaining organized client files, content calendars, and project timelines

Qualifications

Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail (required)
Experience creating social media content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video (required)
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other digital advertising platforms (required)
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization (required)
Proficiency with Canva and social media scheduling tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
Experience in marketing, content creation, or client-facing roles (required)
Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and mission-driven businesses

This is a flexible, part-time, contract, hybrid (occasionally in-person in Columbus, OH) position with opportunities for increased hours and growth as the agency expands.
