Job Description

Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning and execution of commercial concrete construction projects.
Assist with project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and material tracking.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure field accuracy.
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Perform quantity takeoffs, production tracking, and cost monitoring.
Conduct field inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and assist with schedule updates and reporting.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites.
Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

0-5 years of construction experience, preferably with a commercial general contractor or concrete contractor.
Internship or co-op experience in commercial construction is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or scheduling software is a plus.
Willingness to spend significant time in the field and travel locally between project sites as needed.
