Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule daily and ad hoc social media content for supported social media platforms.
Create and schedule email marketing content three times per week and for ad hoc campaigns.
Write copy for social posts, emails, SMS, in-store PA announcements, signage, and marketing materials.
Support SMS messaging to align with email, social, and promotional campaigns.
Develop evergreen and event-specific in-store PA messaging.
Coordinate product pulls and digital product submissions with merchant teams.
Develop basic art and creative assets to support campaigns as needed.
Support retail marketing campaigns, including signage, displays, promotional materials, and digital content.
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store customer touchpoints.
Provide weekly social media and email reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, or a related role.
Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across all marketing materials.
Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and basic analytics platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Ability to travel to local store locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail, off-price retail, or consumer goods marketing experience.
Familiarity with shopper marketing and point-of-sale strategies.
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media scheduling tools, Iterable, and Google Analytics.
Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations based on results.
