At Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Grove City, we believe a clean, comfortable guest room is the foundation of an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Marriott brand standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities.
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
Ensure rooms are properly stocked and inspection-ready.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, pushing, and walking for extended periods.
Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
