Our levels of care include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient Services.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll become an essential member of our clinical team by helping patients navigate recovery through individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities include:

Facilitate individual counseling sessions
Lead psychoeducational and process therapy groups
Conduct family therapy sessions
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
Develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Coordinate care with nursing, medical, case management, and recovery support staff
Help patients develop healthy coping skills, relapse prevention plans, and long-term recovery goals
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.

Ideal candidates have experience in:

Behavioral Health
Mental Health Counseling
Addiction Treatment
Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
Chemical Dependency
Community Mental Health
Crisis Intervention
Trauma-Informed Care

Preferred education:

Counseling
Social Work

Marriage & Family Therapy

Related Behavioral Science Degree

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Full-Time

Choose one:

Sunday–Thursday
Tuesday–Saturday

Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Some holiday coverage is required.

Compensation

Earn up to $85,000 annually
