Full Job Description

Join our team dedicated to culinary excellence and exceptional guest service. We are seeking a seasoned, highly effective, and passionate leader to drive growth and success in a dynamic and high-volume environment.

The General Manager will help lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a guest-centric culture. Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in managing front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, inventory management, and financial targets. Competitive compensation, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and comprehensive growth opportunities are offered.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Financial Performance: Meet or exceed financial objectives, including managing profit and loss (P&L), food cost, and labor targets.
Team Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment adhering to all health and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
Proven experience in a fast-casual or full-service concept
Strong financial acumen and experience with inventory/cost management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
