Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Radiology Technician Instructor to join our educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction in diagnostic radiology techniques, medical imaging procedures, and radiologic safety protocols. Your expertise will guide students through hands-on clinical training, ensuring they develop the skills necessary to excel in radiology settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of radiology professionals while contributing to academic excellence and clinical research initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree
You must have an ARRT CT as well.
Current Registered ARRT
CPR Certification
Teaching or management experience preferred.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaches Radiologic Technologist courses as assigned by the Department Chair/Dean of Education.
Utilizes unit and daily lesson plans.
Utilizes a variety of supplementary resources (i.e. instructional technology, guest speakers, field trips, current articles and literature, discipline specific equipment, etc.).
Maintains laboratory and classroom organization and cleanliness.
Monitors classroom and student safety and immediately report safety concerns to appropriate manager.
Actively engages in retention activities including documented communication with both students and administration regarding attendance and progress.
Submits assigned grading and attendance documentation on deadline.
