Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This paid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multichannel marketing, digital advertising, content creation, and campaign management within a vibrant educational environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, collaborate across teams, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives that promote Kiddie Academy’s brand and programs.

Duties

Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital platforms
Support content marketing efforts by creating engaging blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials
B2B Marketing and caregiver recruitment
Help manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google AdWords to increase brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, graphic design, and sales to implement marketing strategies
Conduct web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach efforts
Contribute to research initiatives on market trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights

Skills

Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and graphic design
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and social media advertising campaigns
Familiarity with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics
Ability to write compelling content tailored for various audiences
Basic understanding of demand generation marketing and performance marketing techniques
Proficiency in managing marketing projects
Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms is a plus
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and campaign adjustments
A willingness to complete outbound marketing projects and external events
