As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, drive new business growth, and elevate our market position..

Job Overview: As the Sales Director at Urban Express Charter, you will be the key architect of our sales strategy, responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving aggressive new business acquisition. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and positioning Urban Express Charter as the go-to provider in the transportation industry. If you are a visionary sales leader with a passion for growth and a track record of success, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on aggressive new business growth and market expansion.
New Business Development: Personally engage in high-level business development activities, targeting key accounts and high-value prospects to secure long-term contracts.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and actionable insights to senior management.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong emphasis on new business development.
Demonstrated success in leading and growing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
In-depth understanding of the transportation industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
