Full Job Description

Hybrid Digital is an eCommerce apparel company located in Lewis Center. With over 40 years of industry experience, Hybrid Digital has cemented itself as one of the most dependable and trusted sources for on-demand print and fulfillment.

What is my role?

This position is a curious and proactive Financial Analyst on a cross-functional finance & inventory team. This entry-level role will focus on P&L analysis, forecasting, and profitability analysis across the business. The ideal candidate is analytical and eager to learn how financial insights support decision-making across sales, operations, and supply chain functions.

What You'll Do

Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reporting and variance analyses comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior year.
Analyze customer sales data to determine monthly journal entry accruals for 2-3 accounts, such as royalty and seller fee payments.
Support the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
Partner with Sales to track cost margins for current and potential customers.
Analyze labor, COGS, freight, etc. to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and special projects.
Support reporting automation and continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes, including learning and utilizing Power BI tools.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analytics, or relevant internships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and explain business drivers behind financial results.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
