ALTRD Overview

ALTRD is a luxury designer brand that specializes in two services - Redesign and Custom Design:

ALTRD Archives: The transformation of vintage or heirloom gowns into luxury, modern bridal pieces for today’s bride. Taking something old and borrowed and making it into their something new.

ALTRD Ego: A custom designed western wear line. From client request to brilliant ideas brought to life.

As ALTRD expands in Columbus, OH and now into the Nashville, TN market, we are seeking to add someone who will open the door to lasting relationships, connecting with real people with a real brand, and help land ALTRD in the right places to thrive.

Position Overview:

Brand Partnership Development - In Columbus + Nashville

ALTRD is seeking someone with confidence, outgoing, relationship building skills, and someone who will represent ALTRD’s brand and reputation with making meaningful and impactful connections
Build relationships with bridal boutiques, wedding planners, venues, photographers, florists, and other wedding industry professionals for the ALTRD Archives line.
Develop partnerships with venues, events, and markets to present pop-up fashion presentations to sell and showcase the ALTRD Archive and ALTRD Ego lines.
Truly identify collaboration opportunities that elevate the ALTRD brand
Get ALTRD invited to an array of events that allow for networking and brand building
Comfortable calling buyers, boutiques and other sources to attend pop-up shows, events and showcases

Networking + Community Engagement - In Columbus + Nashville

Get ALTRD signed up and set up for events, grand openings, fashion events, bridal shows, and industry gatherings to network and show face
Set up coffee meetings, lunches, dinners, calls, and other meetings with potential clients
Secure invitations to industry parties, networking events, charity galas, trade shows, and exclusive gatherings

Public Relations + Brand Awareness

Research opportunities for magazine features, podcasts, editorials, and local media
Coordinate styled shoots and collaborative campaigns
Help position ALTRD as a brand in Columbus + Nashville

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is passionate about fashion, design, business development, networking and brand management. MUST be comfortable making phone calls, arranging meetings, sitting in on virtual meetings, and potentially taking meetings themself.

This role is starting off as a contract with part time hours but has potential to grow into a permanent, full-time position. The hours you work can be completely flexible as long as they are hitting prime time for businesses. Each week comes with a task list and goals that must be taken care of.

An example of the list may look like: 15 hours devoted this week to the following:

Secure 3 pop up shows in the Columbus Market for these dates
Secure 3 pop up shows in the Nashville Market for these dates
Create the event detail branding from social media announcements, personal email and letter mail branding, flyers, DMs, and such.
Create an ideal list of buyers and attendees - compile the call list - execute

Pay range is negotiable from an hourly or weekly rate AFTER week TWO is completed. Once ALTRD sees that the tasks are able to be completed at a high and effective way, then conversation around payment, hours and long term partnership will continue.

This is NOT a W-2 position - it is a 1099.

ALTRD does not offer health or dental benefits, paid vacation or time off.

ALTRD does allow for flexible hours, compensation, bonuses, and paid travel (should you become more full time).

Paid travel: IF you attend Nashville trips - hotels and transportation will be covered.
