Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Inside Retail Sales & Administrative Support professional to join our team. This role combines proactive sales engagement with essential administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that helps foster strong client relationships, manages office tasks seamlessly, and supports overall business growth. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute significantly to our vibrant team environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, office management, and customer service within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to promote products and services, providing exceptional customer support and information.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally while handling inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, bookkeeping, and filing using tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming correspondence with professionalism.
Assist in office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, managing inventory records, and supporting client communication efforts.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing supplies, managing office equipment, and supporting personal assistant functions as needed.

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with customer service roles that involve phone communication and client interaction.
Familiarity with computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry skills.
Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining excellent time management and organizational skills.
Prior experience in retail sales or personal assistant roles is beneficial but not required; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
