Beechcroft Dental is a family-owned, private practice seeking a motivated, patient-focused full-time Associate General Dentist to join our established and growing team. Our practice allows you to focus on providing exceptional patient care while our experienced management team handles the business operations.

Earning potential of $250,000–$325,000 annually
Competitive production bonus structure
Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Established patient base
Modern technology and experienced clinical support
Family-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture

Clinical Support

You'll work alongside an experienced team that includes:

Expanded Function Dental Auxiliaries (EFDAs)
Dental Assistant
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Preferred Clinical Skills

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:

Root canal therapy using the WaveOne system
Simple and surgical extractions (third molar experience is a plus)
Dentures/Partials
Quadrant dentistry utilizing EFDA support
Comprehensive restorative dentistry

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
