Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the hospitality industry and a talent for delivering outstanding guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the restaurant staff, promoting a cooperative and enthusiastic work environment.
Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives superior service and enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the restaurant's financial health, including budget management, forecasting, and expense control.
Supply Management: Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety in line with company policies and regulations.
Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and provide continuous training and development for the current team.
Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
Community Relations: Cultivate relationships within the local community and engage in events to promote the restaurant.

Qualifications:

Industry Experience: At least 10 years of leadership experience in a busy, full-service restaurant setting.
Management Skills: Over 5 years of experience managing teams, with regional oversight experience being an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for making guests feel welcome and building strong relationships both within and outside the business.
Adaptability: Ability to handle stressful situations smoothly, fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. Proficient with technology, virtual meetings, and frequent email communication. Familiarity with Toast and OpenTable systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to quickly address and resolve issues.
Time Management: Excellent at prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently, with the discipline to work independently and effectively with a remote corporate support team.

Salary: $70-100K per year based on experience.
