Full Job Description

FastBin is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated driver who takes pride in doing things the right way.

This is not a job where you’ll sit behind a desk all day. You’ll be delivering and picking up roll-off dumpsters throughout the Columbus area, operating a new Ford F-600 hooklift truck, interacting with customers, and helping us build a company known for fast, reliable service.

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, responsible, and comfortable working independently. You must care about safety, customer property, equipment, and showing up when you say you will.

What You’ll Do

Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters throughout the Columbus area
Safely operate a Ford F-600 non-CDL hooklift truck
Place dumpsters accurately in residential and commercial locations
Communicate professionally with customers
Inspect the truck and equipment before and after each shift
Secure loads and follow all DOT and company safety requirements
Transport dumpsters to local landfills and transfer stations
Keep the truck, equipment, and work area clean
Report maintenance concerns or property damage immediately
Represent FastBin with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain or maintain a DOT medical card
Experience driving larger trucks, delivery vehicles, trailers, hooklift trucks, or roll-off equipment is preferred
Dependable transportation to our truck and dumpster storage location
Strong awareness of surroundings and customer property
Ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule
Comfortable using a smartphone for routes, customer information, photos, and communication
Ability to climb in and out of the truck and perform the physical duties of the position
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work

Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 16–24 hours per week. The schedule will generally consist of two to three workdays per week based on delivery and pickup demand.

Some early mornings and occasional Saturday availability may be required. Additional hours will become available as FastBin continues to grow.
