Job Overview

Join our dynamic landscape installation team and bring outdoor visions to life! As a Landscape Install specialist, you will be responsible for executing detailed landscape projects that enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Your role will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing a wide range of tools and equipment to install plants, irrigation systems, patios, pools, walkways, and other hardscape features. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hardscape installation while contributing to vibrant, sustainable environments.

Responsibilities

Read plans, instructions, or spcifications to determine work activities
Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed
Signals construction equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery
Mix, pour, spread, smooth, and finish concrete or cement
Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, orother temporary structures
Spray materials such as water, steam, paint, or stucco through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces
Applies caulking compounds by hand or with guns to seal crevices
Grind, sand, or polish surfaces such as concrete, marble, or terrazzo

Requirements

Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping projects
Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems
Ability to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests confidently
Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and hardscape installation tools
Familiarity with horticulture principles and gardening best practices
Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods
Commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times during project execution
