The Human Resources Office is seeking a Director of Human Resources who will...

Act as senior staff coordinator with OHFA
Assess strategic and organizational development needs of operating and business offices
Manage HR programs and oversee HR staff in developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks
Act in a fiduciary relationship to the Executive Director in overseeing HR operations of OHFA

Item of Note:

This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate on their application how they meet the preferred qualifications to receive further consideration.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; AND 5 years' experience in Human Resources; AND 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
OR 7 years' experience in Human Resources; AND 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
