What You'll Do

As a Custom Fabrication Technician, you'll help manufacture custom prosthetic products by following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic components
Operate production equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Trim, grind, sand, finish, and assemble products according to specifications
Read and follow work instructions and production documentation
Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing, assembly, construction, automotive, woodworking, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Team player with a willingness to learn new skills
