A well-established professional services organization is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with experience supporting Litigation and Labor & Employment teams. This role provides administrative and clerical support while helping attorneys stay organized and deliver excellent client service. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, team-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, correspondence, filings, and other administrative materials.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and attorney time entry.

Maintain client files, contact information, billing support, expense reports, and document organization.

Assist with electronic court filings, client communications, mailings, and other day-to-day administrative needs.

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent client service.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent experience.

3+ years of legal administrative, legal assistant, or legal secretary experience.

Experience supporting Litigation and Labor & Employment practices preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
