Associate Level – $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Partner Level – $140,000.00 - $200,000.00

Tully Rinckey PLLC is a full-service law firm with offices across the country, known for its employee-first culture, dedication to client service, and rapid growth, consistently earning a spot on the INC 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. We are expanding our presence into Columbus, Ohio and seeking attorneys to join our newest office location. Our Columbus office will be opening soon in the Polaris market and the Firm is seeking both associate and partner level candidates. Compensation is based on experience and the attorneys ability to bring in a portable book of business.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated litigator with strong judgment, excellent drafting skills, and a client-focused approach to advocacy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, attorneys will handle a wide range of legal issues affecting employees You will:

Represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance agreements, and workplace policies
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive legal filings
Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and state and federal courts
Counsel clients on their rights and obligations under state and federal employment laws
Stay current on developments in employment law to provide informed and strategic representation

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

· Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio

Minimum of 3 years of private-sector employment law experience
Demonstrated success representing employees in workplace disputes
Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
Excellent communication and client-relation skills
Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy

Compensation & Benefits:

Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary
100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full-time employees.
