Lead Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Lead Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership and management role.

The Lead Sales Associate will focus initially on new business development, client relationships, and sales, while also taking on increasing responsibility for supporting and developing the sales team. Over time, this individual will have the opportunity to become involved in training, recruiting, marketing, HR, administration, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business decision-makers.
Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing and account development.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance.
Serve as a resource and mentor to newer sales team members.
Assist with training, coaching, onboarding, and team development.
Support recruiting efforts and help identify and develop new talent.
Assist with marketing, administrative functions, and day-to-day business operations.
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a management position.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face sales and customer interaction.
Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented.
Professional, personable, and confident.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or team experience preferred.
Interested in building a long-term career in sales and management.

Career Growth

This role offers a clear path from Lead Sales Associate into Team Lead and ultimately Sales/Operations Management, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, leadership, recruiting, marketing, HR, and business operations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
