Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Now, we’re looking for dedicated and motivated Managers and Shift Leads to join our team and help continue our tradition of excellence!

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in restaurant management or a leadership role in food service preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
