Full Job Description

Job #8715 | Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Columbus, OH area only) | Full-Time | Contract (1 year, potential to extend)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Campaign Operations Manager serves as the operational lead for social marketing programs, coordinating execution across brand teams, an internal creative agency, and external media partners. Reporting to the Social Content Planner, you'll own project management, timeline accountability, and cross-functional communication to ensure campaigns launch accurately, on schedule, and compliant with regulatory requirements. This is a high-coordination role for someone with agency or account management experience who thrives managing complexity across multiple stakeholders — not a creative or strategy role.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a large, globally recognized organization in the consumer health and nutrition industry with a robust internal creative and digital agency. Their team operates at the intersection of brand strategy, regulatory compliance, and social media execution, supporting both pediatric and adult health product lines across multiple channels.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead project coordination across brand, internal agency, and media agency partners — managing timelines, assumptions, risks, and deliverables
Own trafficking sheets and operational documents to ensure accurate, on-time asset delivery
Drive status meetings with brand and agency teams; document decisions and ownership via RACI frameworks
Coordinate asset flow between internal creative teams, brand clients, and external media partners
Participate in weekly brand and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review meetings on behalf of the agency
Monitor campaign activity and escalate blockers proactively
Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years in agency account management, project management, or operations (trafficking, campaign coordination, client services)
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a regulated or complex environment
Strong experience with campaign trafficking, project timelines, or media/creative coordination
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication
Preferred: Experience with MLR/medical/regulatory review processes or compliance-adjacent industries
