Description
Improve or create capabilities in the supply chain to enable end to end value chain optimization that allows us to profitability be responsive to customer demand
The Supply Chain Strategy Analyst will be responsible for project support including managing project initiatives or functioning as support for small to large projects involving cross-functional teams. The position is expected to successfully drive progress of business case development and investment planning, development of change management plans, development and maintenance of project schedules and work plans, support projects by analyzing project data and identifying issues and risks and make recommendations for resolution of issues to project leadership. This role is expected to provide risk, issue, and change request management support to their project team. In addition, this role supports executive decision-making meetings, developing executive communications, and maintaining project status reporting.
Support the completion of all project deliverables using project management tools (E.g., work plans, deliverable trackers, issues log)
Collaborate across functions with requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of process and/or technology projects
Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Prepare and lead project meetings with materials such as agendas, discussion documents, notes, key decisions, and action items. Meetings include status updates, workshops, and kick-offs
Create process maps, RACIs, org designs, etc. in Visio or other tools
Leverages tools like 5 Whys, Issue Tree, Fish Bone Diagrams, etc. to understand and communicate root cause. Perform data analysis using tools and statistical methods to support recommendations and decision making
Assist in creating and delivering executive level presentations
Contribute to team talent by sharing best practices and cross-functional knowledge
Develop skills in advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities
Identify and follow through on opportunities for professional development

Minimum Salary: $76,700.00
Maximum Salary: $101,955.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Project management and project implementation experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and lead project teams with minimal support
Proven technical aptitude to leverage tools in the generation and management of project deliverables (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Planner, MS Teams, MS OneDrive, Visio, RACI, etc.)
