Full Job Description

Join our dedicated team at Associates in Central Ohio OB-GYN and make a positive impact on Women’s health. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Assistant to provide exceptional care. Quick on their feet and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

~ Rooming patients and prepare for examination, ensuring comfort and safety.

~ Taking vital signs, assisting with procedures

~ Communicating with patient’s in office setting and over the phone.

~ Perform basic laboratory tests ( e.g., urine tests, pregnancy tests, Phlebotomy skills and administration of various injections.

~ Provide administration support such as answering phones, prior authorizations for medications and FMLA/ Disability paperwork.

Qualifications:

~ Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred.

~ Previous experience in OB/GYN or Women’s health preferred but not required.

~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

~ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast- paced environment.
