Hammer & Nails is the premier destination for men's grooming services.

We are a full-service men’s grooming shop, which means your guest can enjoy traditional barbering services, hand and foot care, or facial waxing. Our members can enjoy a complimentary beverage from our fully stocked bar while receiving the best grooming needs Columbus has to offer. Hammer and Nails is experience-focused and team-driven environment. We have made a name for ourselves in our local community and are looking for someone with the same mindset … that includes, making money, staying busy, having fun every day.

Our Member Concierges:

Are the first point of contact for members and new customers entering our brand
Builds relationships with customers and team members, ensuring the Hammer & Nails experience is maintained throughout
Thoroughly understands and can effectively communicate pricing, membership model, and policies resulting in increased retention and new membership activation
Monitors all communication platforms to ensure outstanding customer experience
Performs standard member account maintenance using a variety of platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, other systems)
Has strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think on their feet

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
