This is a DRUG-FREE workplace. We do require you to be at our location daily, this is NOT a remote job.

SCHEDULE - 32 HOURS:

Friday 10pm-6am
Saturday 6pm-6am
Sunday 6pm-6am

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will primarily have the responsibility of dispatching tow truck drivers, inputting paperwork into our towing software, releasing vehicles from our impound lot, answering phone calls, routing drivers to calls, and managing other office responsibilities. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Basic knowledge of computer programs and their functioning is necessary, as this role involves a significant amount of data entry. Additionally, fast typing skills are essential. We dispatch calls for multiple police agencies in Franklin County, so having excellent attention to detail and a high level of energy is crucial. Further details about this position will be discussed during the initial interview.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to pass a strict pre employment Drug Test - NO MEDICAL MARIJUANA ALLOWED
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic programs
Must have experience working in a fast paced office answering phones.
Must provide at least three references to be verified for employment
