Now Hiring: Full-Time Leasing Professional

Barrington Group Inc., a well-established and growing property management company with over 50 years of success, is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional/Assistant Manager to join our team. This position requires weekend availability and a strong commitment to delivering results.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the first impression of the community and the driving force behind occupancy. From touring prospects and closing leases to managing resident relationships and supporting marketing efforts, you’ll play a key role in the overall success of the property.

What We’re Looking For:

Manage daily leasing activities including tours, applications, and resident follow-up
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Assist with rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquency management
Maintain accurate resident and property records using Yardi Voyager
Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and reporting
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy
