Part-Time Project & Admin Coordinator (Flexible Hours Monday-Thursday)

This is an in-office position in Columbus, OH. Remote is not avaialble. No weekends, no evenings.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is vital in maintaining a smooth workflow, managing front desk responsibilities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess strong computer skills to handle various project management, clerical and administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office management experience while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Computer software knowledge

They need to be proficient with Office programs, Calendly, Google Calendars, Zoom, Outlook, Calendal and Gmail, and have previous computer and admin experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys keeping projects on track and teams aligned. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term job. Strong organizational, communication and computer skills are required.

This is a part-time, in-office role with flexible hours from Monday-Thursday during working hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in staying organized and ahead of deadlines. No working weekends.

You will support project coordination and day-to-day administrative needs—helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines
Maintain organized project files and client records
Customer experience, work solo and as a team player
Assist with proposal formatting and basic document prep
Support CRM and database updates
Work with processes
Research
Content management
Book speakers, speaking engagements and much more
Help keep internal and client communication organized

What We’re Looking For

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and follow-through
Experience with computers with Microsoft Office and basic systems (CRM a plus)
Previous admin, coordinator, or office support experience preferred
