We are growing and looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join our team for our new location in Dublin (opening in September).

Key Responsibilities: As our Surgery Scheduler, you are the critical bridge between our patients, our surgeons, and the surgery facility. You're in charge of the scheduling process from start to finish:

Meet patients to schedule their cataract or corneal surgeries, explain pre- and post-operative instructions, and answer questions.
Manage and optimize the doctors' surgical schedules, coordinate block times with the surgical center, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Obtain required prior authorizations and medical clearances.
Work closely with our clinical staff, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists to ensure a seamless, stress-free pipeline for every patient.

What We Are Looking For:

A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a medical scheduling (Ophthalmology or Optometry experience is a massive plus, but we will train the right medical professional!).
A keen eye for accuracy.
Exceptional phone etiquette and face-to-face interpersonal skills. You can explain complex details simply and calmly.
Comfortable navigating Medical Records systems and standard Microsoft Office tools.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot when schedules change.

Job Details:

Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch)
Location: Dublin, OH (In-office). Must be willing to drive to Westerville if needed.
Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. Dependent on experience.
