Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Private Practice Physician to join our thriving healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive medical care to diverse patient populations within a private outpatient setting. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through personalized treatment plans, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to practice medicine independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and wellness in the community.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Manage a wide range of medical conditions across various specialties such as primary care, dermatology, cardiology, or endocrinology, depending on your expertise.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and EMR systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, injections (e.g., botulinum toxin treatment), and basic life support interventions.
Coordinate with specialists for referrals, diagnostic imaging (such as CT scans), and laboratory testing to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications through health coaching and counseling.

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
Board certification or eligibility in your specialty area such as family medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, or pediatrics.
Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings with proficiency in medical office operations and patient service delivery.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic and other medical records platforms; experience with medical coding (CPT/ICD) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and clinical procedures such as IV infusion, triage, and airway management.
Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations confidently.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient care and education.
Additional skills in areas such as dermatology, cardiology, neurocritical care, reproductive endocrinology, or hospital experience are advantageous.
