Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will drive process improvements, optimize production workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline complex processes, implement cutting-edge automation solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Duties

Analyze processes using engineering data analysis, CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo), and process engineering techniques to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and industrial automation strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts with production teams, quality assurance, tooling specialists, and maintenance to optimize assembly lines and fabrication processes.
Conduct root cause analysis on production issues using structured problem-solving techniques to minimize downtime and improve quality.
Manage project scheduling for process upgrades or new equipment integration while maintaining adherence to safety standards and factory protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with hands-on experience.
Experience with robotics programming, industrial automation systems, PLC programming, welding techniques, and plastics injection molding processes.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean management and Six Sigma manufacturing; certification preferred.
Skilled in engineering troubleshooting, factory layout design, tooling development, and fabrication processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent analytical skills for manufacturing data analysis; proficient in project management tools for scheduling and tracking progress.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and team leadership in fast-paced settings.
