Job Overview:
FRNK SPLY is seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating automatic screen printing presses and possess a strong attention to detail. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality of printed products, meeting production goals, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our screen printing department.

Requirements:

2+ Years of Screen printing with Automatic equipment. (Anatol & ROQ experience Preferred)
Knowledge of CMYK, Simulated process and Specialty Inks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate automatic screen printing presses efficiently and safely.
Set up jobs, including screen alignment, ink preparation, and press adjustments.
Monitor and adjust press settings to ensure high-quality prints and color consistency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring precise prints with no defects.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience operating automatic screen printing presses (Anatol, ROQ, etc.).
Strong understanding of the screen printing process, including prepress setup, heat management, screen making, and ink mixing.
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-color printing and registration techniques.
Familiarity with various substrates and ink types.
Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
