Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and experienced Program Coordinator / Compliance Manager to oversee program operations and ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of DODD regulations, Medicaid requirements, service documentation, incident management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operations of DODD waiver services.
Ensure services are delivered according to each individual's ISP and identified support needs.
Monitor staff compliance with DODD, Medicaid, and agency policies and procedures.
Review documentation, service notes, medication records, staff records, and other required paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and follow up on MUI/UI incidents, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, documentation, and corrective action when required.
Assist with internal audits and prepare the agency for DODD, Medicaid, and other regulatory reviews.
Track staff training, certifications, background checks, and required annual or ongoing training.
Ensure staff maintain current required credentials and certifications.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and identify areas requiring corrective action or improvement.
Work closely with individuals, families, guardians, SSA/case managers, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the individual's care team.
Attend and participate in ISP meetings, care team meetings, and other meetings as needed.
Monitor implementation of ISPs, behavior support strategies, health and safety plans, and other required supports.
Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing coverage when needed.
Provide guidance and support to direct care staff regarding documentation, compliance, and service delivery.
Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Respond to compliance concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, person-centered care, and continuous quality improvement.

We are looking for someone who is organized, accountable, knowledgeable about DODD requirements, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services.

Pay: $54,792.88 - $55,987.12 per year
