Job Description

Orchestrate full-lifecycle MEP integration, overseeing the design coordination, field installation, and commissioning of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, and fire protection systems.

Drive trade partner accountability, rigorously managing subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and municipal codes.

Own the MEP master schedule, continuously analyzing workflow to maintain milestones and engineering aggressive recovery strategies to mitigate critical path delays.

Champion an uncompromising site safety culture, enforcing corporate safety programs and ensuring absolute regulatory compliance across all trades.

Serve as the primary technical liaison, collaborating directly with owners, architects, and engineers to proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues.

Direct final commissioning, inspections, and handover, leading system turnover and client training processes to ensure a seamless, high-quality project closeout.

Maintain meticulous daily progress analytics for all MEP scopes while actively contributing field expertise to preconstruction and constructability planning.

The Successful Applicant

Deep Technical Expertise: Proven, extensive experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction scopes.

Systems Fluency: Exceptional knowledge of complex building systems, field sequencing, and advanced construction methodologies.

Document Mastery: Expert ability to read, interpret, and cross-reference complex contract documents, structural drawings, and technical specifications.

Tech Stack & Scheduling: Proficient in modern project management and scheduling platforms, with a strong preference for hands-on BIM/VDC familiarity.

Elite Leadership Capabilities: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills required to manage sophisticated project stakeholders.

Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
