About the Role

PMI Centerline is a premier community association management firm. Unlike traditional property management companies that overload managers, we cap our portfolios at 10 associations per manager. We believe in providing enough bandwidth to deliver exceptional service while keeping your work-life balance intact.
At its core, this position is 80% relationship management and 20% property management. You are an account manager and advisor to Boards of Directors, managing vendor partnerships and Board dynamics–it is not on-site apartment leasing or tenant management.
We do not require prior HOA management experience. We hire for high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and customer service character, then provide full paid training.

Ideal Candidate Backgrounds

Realtors & Real Estate Professionals: Seeking predictable W2 income, better work-life balance, and leverage of their real estate knowledge.
Hospitality & Hotel Management: Guest relations managers, supervisors, and event planners who excel at high-touch client service and staying calm under pressure.
Customer Service & Account Managers: Client success reps, account coordinators, and service leads who thrive on building trust, managing expectations and resolving client issues.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary account advisor to 10 HOA/COA Boards of Directors.
Lead Board meetings (typically held quarterly in the evenings) and guide community decisions.
Oversee third-party service contracts (landscaping, pool maintenance, roofing, snow removal).
Perform regular on-site community inspections to review vendor work and rule compliance.
Manage community operating budgets, maintenance requests, and vendor bidding.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, or real estate sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
Strong conflict-resolution skills and a calm, consultative demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local site visits.
