Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services on a PRN basis across multiple facilities in Ohio. This role involves conducting psychological evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing counseling and psychotherapy, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals with behavioral and mental health needs. The selected candidate will travel to assigned facilities as needed, with schedules provided in advance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments, evaluations, and testing.
Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessment tools.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy.
Conduct suicide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and behavioral evaluations.
Prepare psychological evaluation reports, treatment summaries, and progress notes.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide consultation regarding behavioral health, treatment planning, and psychological services.
Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care planning.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Support program development, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education when required.
Travel to assigned facilities throughout Ohio to provide coverage as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology.
Active Ohio Psychologist License.
Current CPR Certification.
DEA Registration (if applicable to scope of practice).
Board Certification (if applicable).
PECOS enrollment and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Experience providing psychological services to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting forensic or neuropsychological evaluations.
Experience working in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, correctional, or institutional settings.
Experience with crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and behavioral treatment planning.
Strong documentation, report writing, and case management skills.
Flexibility to travel and provide PRN coverage at multiple locations.

Pay: $70.00 - $77.00 per hour
