Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day shipping and warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Pick, pre-pack, check, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate handheld scanners, hand tools, and forklifts to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
Perform quality control (QC) checks on picked items and final shipments.
Properly pack, seal, label, and attach packing lists to all outbound shipments.
Load carrier trucks with the correct shipments and accompanying paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring aisles remain clear and safe.
Follow daily work schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Assist with other tasks or departments as needed, based on workload.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Occasional overtime and shift flexibility may be required.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (extreme heat/cold).
