Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager

As a Project Engineer at Mid-City Electric, you'll be at the heart of fast-paced, high-impact large commercial projects, such as data centers and hospitals/medical centers, helping to deliver exceptional results for our clients while growing your skills alongside some of the best in the industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

Coordination of planning, ordering, installation, and follow-up
Maintain strong, positive relationships
Maintain and update records
Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
Review and process all contracts and change orders
Requisition needed supplies and materials
Dispatch technicians to complete work
Process permits and inspections
Implement project work plans and revise details as necessary
Oversee quality assurance procedures

Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:

Knowledge of project management and the ability to apply project management concepts to electrical construction projects
Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

What Would Really Make You Shine:

Commercial electrical project engineering experience
Demonstrated success in handling the administrative side of project management

Salary ranges from $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience level
