Current Caregiver Opportunities
We are currently looking for caregivers who can support our clients during these scheduled hours:
Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening Shift: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
You may be available for one or both shifts depending on your schedule and client needs.
These opportunities are ideal for caregivers looking for flexible PRN work while still having the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people they care for.
What You'll Do
As a Flourish Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence at home.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
Providing personal care services, including catheter care when appropriate
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercise activities
Providing medication reminders
Preparing meals and supporting clients with daily routines
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Monitoring clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns to the healthcare team
Supporting clients receiving hospice care while maintaining dignity and comfort
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Documenting care provided to support continuity of care

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required
Previous home care or senior care experience preferred
Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required
Home Health Aide, STNA, or CNA certification is preferred but not required
