Seeking a full-time Regional Director of Maintenance to oversee the facilities in Columbus, OH. Will directly report to VP of Maintenance.

Job Functions and Requirements:

Site maintenance – ensures that facilities and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Oversees department employees and temporary staff to ensure jobs are assigned and carried out efficiently.
Approves worker hours
Develops, implements, and reviews regular maintenance logs for the facility and equipment in the facility.
Conducts maintenance inspections of the facility and provides a summary of maintenance recommendations.
Provides staff training in a variety of safety and maintenance topics
Installation and repairs of facility and equipment as needed.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Able to carry out other duties not listed above.

Qualifications of Regional Director of Maintenance :

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,316.33 - $75,047.63 per year
