We have earned a reputation for excellence in leadership and service in our real estate communities.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Regional Manager who has experience with Affordable Housing to join our property management team. The position is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and profitably managing assigned properties of the multi-family portfolio.

Job Duties & Accountabilities:

Develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Implement strategies to be a leader in the competitive market.
Provide leadership for the staff and monitor the performance, ensuring all work is completed in a thorough, timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.
Recommend and/or develop training programs to motivate and support the high-performing culture.
Support and contribute to the development of employees' skills and abilities in their field.
Strong background with HUD, LIHTC, SEC 8, Home affordable housing programs.
Perform property inspections and operational reviews to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
Manage expense controls and systems to achieve budget goals and to assure proper purchasing of supplies and equipment. Operate all aspects within fiscal guidelines.
Prepare financial variance reports and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
Maintain a positive business relationship with clients (i.e. owner, trustee, syndicate, general partner), with the community, and within the profession.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum five years experience in residential property management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university in business management.
Three years' in multi-site residential property management.
COS, TCS, HCCP
